I build software — and lately, things you can hold.
RoboRally
Full multiplayer replica of the board game, built rules-accurate from source material. Backend complete with 234 passing tests, written TDD.
github.com/Yadaxim/roborally →VoidRunner
2D space trading and combat game running in the browser. Procedural world generation, layered combat systems, and TensorFlow.js AI pilots.
github.com/Yadaxim/void-runner →Formicarium
A living ant colony under glass, in the browser. Scouts lay pheromone trails, diggers excavate chambers, nurses raise the brood, and workers change jobs as they age. You set out the glassware and the food; the ants do the rest.
Sortes in progress
The Debt of Ash — a choose-your-own-adventure grown scene by scene by a language model inside hard structural rules. The model proposes, the engine disposes: the player's code owns canonical state.
Artificier
TTRPG campaign management tool. Generates coherent dungeons, NPCs, towns, and plot threads from campaign context using the Claude API.
github.com/Yadaxim/artificier →MDBrain
A markdown second brain for planning a life across two homes. Memo, a Telegram bot, captures; Claude Code triages and plans; Iris, a terminal and web dashboard, shows the current state at a glance. In daily use.
I trained as a physicist — a BSc in Physics, then an MSc in Artificial Intelligence — and physics never really left. It is still how I look at things: find the model, respect the uncertainty, trust what the data can actually support.
Since then I've spent a decade in production — data engineering, backend systems, and applied AI — for startups in Mexico, the UK, and Slovenia. I like code that is clean, light, and elegant, with a healthy respect for schemas, and I work best on small async teams where breadth matters.
These days I build LLM-native tools — fast, precise, and opinionated about what gets shipped. And after a lifetime of software, I've started getting my hands dirty with hardware: microcontrollers, a soldering iron, and that satisfying moment when code moves something real.
Based in Slovenia. Working remotely. Open to interesting problems.
